Remedial Work to leaky buildings at Murrays Bay School.
This reclad was to the existing Year 1 and 6 single storey blocks and Years 3 and 4 two storey blocks which showed signs of water ingress and unacceptable work practices. All defective/decaying materials and or unacceptable construction methods previously used were rectified to meet or exceed the requirements of the Building Code and all relevant Manufacturers and Trade Practices.
