New build of Fraser Cove Countdown, NZ's largest supermarket at time of build

This project encompassed the construction of a new supermarket building, including new piling and associated siteworks. Prior to commencing construction, the existing site, which consisted of reclaimed land and functional buildings, had to be cleared and all existing services removed. Extensive piling was necessary to meet the required load bearing requirements. Furthermore, high-spec internal fit-outs were carried out in all servery departments, incorporating the latest sustainable refrigeration design, as well as in all main public areas.
