Roskill Youth Zone

Legacy Construction was contracted by Auckland Council to build this purpose built youth leisure facility.

The scope of the project included the demolition of the existing Owairaka Athletic Club Building to make way for the construction of the new Youth Zone. The new facility incorporated various amenities such as a multipurpose hall, storage areas, a kitchen, a lounge, a meeting room, a dedicated youth space, as well as toilet and shower changing room areas. The works were executed with an innovative and modern design approach, aligning with the Council's environmental priorities to achieve a Green Star Rating of 4.
