Randwick Park School
The remedial works at Randwick Park School involved several tasks to address issues. These included replacing the exterior composite wall panels with timber framing, removing all panelised fibre cement cladding, and replacing and reconfiguring the pitched roof. Additionally, the flat roof membrane was replaced. The new exterior cladding system implemented includes a drained and vented cavity system. To minimise disruption to the school, the works were completed in two phases and eight stages.
