University of Auckland Roof & Garden Building

Legacy Construction was contracted to complete works at the Auckland University Epsom Campus over two stages.

The project involved constructing new concrete insitu walls and installing a waterproof membrane to address water ingress in existing concrete retaining walls in Stage One. In Stage Two, a paved and landscaped area was created with a large canopy made of steel and timber, providing a designated space for university students during their breaks. Close collaboration between our team and the landscape designer ensured the successful realisation of their vision.
