Works included the removal and replacement of various elements such as the existing aluminium cladding, damaged wall framing, aluminium joinery, tiled enclosed decks/waterproofing, and balustrading. These replacements were necessary to ensure compliance with the latest building code regulations. Additionally, all windows and glass doors were removed and replaced with new double-glazed joinery.
