ESR (Institute of Environmental Science and Research)

The refurbishment and fitout project for the ESR (Environmental Science and Research) involved the deconstruction, complete interior refurbishment, and fitout of the 3-story section of the existing DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research) building, specifically known as the MASC ESR.

The upgrade of the forensic laboratory was a complex undertaking, carefully executed while the facility remained operational. The project included significant deconstruction work prior to the refurbishment phase. To ensure the preservation of uncontaminated evidence areas, the project was carried out in stages, taking into account the requirement for high security work zones and maintaining the utmost sensitivity.
