Kmart Manukau

Legacy undertook the construction of the largest Kmart in New Zealand, situated within Manukau Supa Centre precinct. Responsibilities involved demolishing the existing block of shops to create space for a 6000 sqm development. The development included the construction of a new and enhanced 24/7 Kmart store along with four additional retail tenancies. Legacy oversaw the base build, which encompassed civil and drainage works, structural steel installations, mechanical, electrical, fire, carpentry, and concrete work.
