Symonds St Conveniences

Symonds St Conveniences and Former Tram Shelter. The project involved the restoration of the historic Symonds Street Conveniences and Former Tram Shelter. Works involved seismic strengthening upgrade, extensive repairs whilst preserving the buildings heritage, and complete restoration of the interior to achieve >67% of the New Building Standard (NBS).
