Old Government House

Structural refurbishment of one of Auckland's prestigious historical buildings for the University of Auckland. The project involved various structural improvements to the external walls, piles, bearers, and wall studs. Roof cladding was replaced as needed, and a new external surface drain was constructed to manage water ingress in the substructure areas. Additionally, all windows were removed, adjusted, and equipped with new ropes and counterweights. They were then reglazed, puttied, and painted. The project also included work conducted in confined underfloor spaces within the building.
