Counties Manukau District Health Board – Awhinatia Building

Counties Manukau District Health Board - Refurbishment of Mental Health building in Papakura. 

Work was undertaken in two stages in order to minimise any impact on the existing facility, staff and service operations whilst works were underway. Stage 1 consisted of refurbishing offices, consultant rooms, creation of new reception and external welcome area. Upon completion staff were relocated  into the new areas and minor refurbishment to existing offices were undertaken, finishing with the creation of a new covered walkway between the two buildings.
