Summerfield Apartments

The Summerfield Apartments Reclad project was phased into 3 stages.  It consisted of reclad works to 93 units consisting of 17 four-level terrace houses with basement garage, 67 three-level terrace houses, 4 single storey houses, 4 mezzanine-type apartment units and 1 two-level building housing the building manager’s office/home and the lower level containing a gym and fenced swimming pool.
