With a BSC in Construction Management (Hons), Dave has developed impressive aptitude in Quantity Surveying.

As Legacy’s Commercial Manager, he possesses an exceptional level of expertise in both construction practices and project scheduling, enabling him to effectively engage and collaborate with a diverse range of clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. His negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability in cost and variation management work ensure that every cost-saving opportunity is achieved for the benefit of the client.

Dave has been a key member of the Legacy team since he joined in 2003.

We entered the Symonds St Toilets for a Resene award and it won the Heritage Maestro Award - congratulations and thank you to everyone who worked so hard on this complicated, much loved little building.
